All packages will well packed & send out by the Hong Kong Post "REGISTERED AIR MAIL" service, All With tracking number provided. Shipment will be arranged once payment received. Item we will be sent out within 1-2 business days, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. Please note that we don't responsible for any customs tax and similar fees. It normally takes 14-28 working days to reach worldwide (e.g. UK, Australia, USA, Canada, Germany, Netherlands, New Zealand, Asian countries) from Hong Kong. Delivery period might be longer (20-35 working days) for some countries like Spain, Russia, Brazil. Northern Europe Sometimes delivery will take longer if the package is selected by customs for random checking. This can cause an additional delay of 1-2 weeks and happens quite a lot in Brazil , Europe and Russia.

We are not responsible for undelivered address & unclaimed item.
